Congratulations on your upcoming graduation! To ensure you receive your diploma, we are sharing some important steps below!
Clear Your Bursar and CornellCard Balances
Pay in full all balances due, including CornellCard charges. Charges incurred near the end of the semester may not appear until the January or February billing statements. You remain obligated to pay them by the due date. Please ensure timely payment of these charges to prevent finance charges, a hold on your records, and the unpaid balance transferring to collections for processing.
If you are interested in setting up a payment plan, please contact us! We can offer an In-House Payment Plan up to 6 months, with an enrollment fee of $125.00. Once the full balance has been paid, you can then request your diploma be ordered!
Complete your University Loan Exit Interview
If you received a Gardner Loan, Foreign Student Loan, or another university loan, please be on the lookout for a communication from ECSI! This email will share the instructions to complete your exit interview for your university loan(s). Please be sure to do this as soon as you receive the email to prevent any delays in receiving your diploma!
If you need help completing your university student loan exit interview, please call ECSI at 888-549-3274. You may also visit their site at https://home.ecsi.net. Online chat is also available.
