Refunds associated with surplus financial aid for Spring 2026 will begin disbursing around January 12th. Enroll in direct deposit to receive any available refunds. 

Please note, refunds issued via direct deposit take approximately 3 business days before being deposited into the designated US banking account. Paper checks take 7-10 days to arrive in the Office of the Bursar. You will receive an email once your refund has been generated.
