Delinquent Accounts
Nonregistered students with Bursar and CornellCard accounts that become 90 days or more past due will be transferred to the Collections department. A collection fee of $200 will be added to the account, and finance charges will continue to accrue at 1.25% per month on the unpaid balance. Nonpayment of delinquent accounts will prevent students from registering for future semesters and receiving diplomas.
