College Savings Plan

Many families across the country are finding that using a college savings plan to pay for college makes more sense than ever. All 50 states now offer college savings plans, sometimes referred to as 529 plans.

Now you can use Cashnet to process an online payment with your 529 plan if your plan participates. Cashnet charges a $10.00 convenience fee for this service.

Since Cashnet does not offer a master list of 529 companies, you can find out if your 529 provider participates by following these steps:

  1. Initiate a payment in Cashnet.
  2. Select 529 as the tender type.
  3. Follow the steps to complete the transaction.

You can cancel your transaction if your 529 provider is not listed.
