Tuition Refund Prorations
If a student requests a leave of absence or withdrawal from the Office of the Dean of his or her college of enrollment, tuition amounts paid for by the student may be refunded. The date of the request for leave or withdrawal will determine the tuition liability for the semester. Refer to the "Tuition Adjustment Schedule for Withdrawals and Leaves of Absence" below.
Students who receive financial aid from the university that withdraw during a term will have their aid re-evaluated, possibly necessitating repayment of a portion of aid received. Repayment to aid accounts depends on the type of aid received, government regulations, and the period in attendance.
