Billing Messages - May 2008

Each month, the Bursar bill includes messages on upcoming deadlines or information on Bursar services, and how they affect you.  Below are the billing messages for this month.

 All Prospective May Graduates 
All amounts due on the April 2008 Bursar billing statement, including Cornellcard charges, must be paid prior to graduation in order to receive diplomas or official transcripts.  The Office of the Bursar will be open on Saturday, May 24, from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., and on Sunday, May 25, from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Please Note: Charges incurred near graduation may not appear until the June or July billing statements. IMPORTANT: You will receive e-mail notifications to your Cornell e-mail address that a new bill is available after May, if you have outstanding charges.  It is important that, When you receive these e-mails, you review your bill via Net.Pay.  To forward your Cornell e-mail to a non-Cornell e-mail, log into http://whoiam.cornell.edu, and set the preferred e-mail address.

 All Degree Candidates who received long-term loans from federal and/or university loan programs must complete an "exit interview" in order to receive a diploma or official transcripts.  Exit interviews must be completed online! As a degree candidate, you should have received an e-mail notification with details about this service, and how to complete your exit interview.

 The 2008-2009 Cornell Installment Plan (CIP)/Tuition Pay Plan began May 1st! Pay your 2008-2009 tuition expenses in 12, 10, or 5 easy monthly installments, interest free! For additional information and/or to enroll, please visit http://www.bursar.cornell.edu/CIPlogin.cfm .

Engineering Co-op         May 19, 2008
3-Week session             May 28, 2008
8-Week session             June 9,  2008
6- Week session            June 23, 2008

TUITION, AS WELL AS ANY PREVIOUS BALANCES ON THE BURSAR OR CORNELLCARD ACCOUNTS, MUST BE PAID ON OR PRIOR TO REGISTRATION.  Please note we are unable to make payment arrangements for Summer Session balances.

 Bursar Student Refunds
Sign up for Direct Deposit  to receive your Bursar student refunds electronically, deposited to any account on which you, the student, are an authorized signer.  Complete an online enrollment card  today!
