Below is general information on the university admissions process. There are separate requirements for admission to undergraduate and graduate-level fields of study. International students considering attending Cornell should review the International Students and Scholars Office's (ISSO's) requirements in addition to those admission requirements of the school of their choice.
Undergraduate Admissions
The Office of Undergraduate Admissions provides information to first-year, transfer, and entering international students on how to apply to Cornell. An online application is available on its Web site along with application procedures. The site provides information about the seven undergraduate colleges and the many major fields of study available. Also provided is information about student life, academics, and how to arrange a visit to Cornell.
Graduate and Professional
Graduate applicants can find an online application and guidelines for applying to The Graduate School, including a guide to Cornell's fields of Graduate Study , at The Graduate School Admissions Web site. The Graduate School also provides separate financial aid and career development services.
